What is the tendency that is most imbalanced when I am attempting to express my personal strength? (ex. too much or too little assertion, too strong or weak boundaries, clarity of what you need, timing, and situations where you are too strong or too timid).
This practice can be done alone or with a friend, lover, or counselor. Take one to five minutes or longer to contemplate and answer the question. When done with another, it is essential that the listener remains neutral and encourages you to discern your strengths and the areas of imbalance. If you are with a partner repeat this inquiry as needed to help your partner focus.
